DJD provides the training outline and funding for monthly pastor training in Battambang and surrounding provinces.  Basic Christianity is the subject of the 2020 – 2022 training.  There have been many months in 2020 and 2021 when trainings have not been able to be held because of COVID restrictions.

In addition to teaching, the training provides an opportunity for the pastors and church leaders to fellowship together and encourage each other.  The monthly trainings average attendance is 117 pastors and church leaders.  The cost of a monthly training is $1,000.
